Civil Legal Aid System
Public trust and confidence in the court system relies on fair access to legal information and services. BOCLA grantees provide legal representation and alternative dispute resolution to low-income Minnesotans statewide.
CLE for Pro Bono
Attorneys licensed in Minnesota are eligible for CLE credit for pro bono work. BOCLA reviews and maintains a list of approved legal services providers under the rule and can direct attorneys to pro bono opportunities.
