GRANTEE STANDARDS

A duty of the BOCLA Board is to establish civil program standards, administrative policies, or procedures necessary to ensure quality advocacy for people unable to afford private counsel. These standards support meaningful access to justice and improve the overall strength and coordination of the civil legal aid community in Minnesota.

Current and prospective grantees are encouraged to read the current standards to ensure compliance within their organization.
